CHERRY BOUNCE - Donna Voye
2 quarts or 8 cups frozen sour cherries
2 cups sugar
1 quart or 1 liter brandy (buy the cheapest kind)
Mix in gallon jug with cover. Store at room temperature for 6-8 weeks
occasionally shaking. Serve with 7-up and ice. 2/3 cup bounce to 1/3 cup
7-up (or to your liking).
LIPTON BERRY FIZZ - Donna Voye
1/3 cup Lipton Instant Tea Powder
5 cups water
2 cans (6 oz each) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 pkg. (10 oz) frozen raspberries, strawberries or blueberries (or use a
bit of each)
1-1/2 cup (12 oz.) lemon soda, gingerale, or club soda, chilled (I use
gingerale)
In large pitcher combine lLpton tea powder, water, lemonade and fruit.
Chill. Just before serving add soda. Serve with ice. Makes about 2
quarts.
ROOT BEER – Great Grandma

Take 2 gallons of water and heat to a boiling point. Take off the stove
and add 11 qts of cold water.
Dissolve ½ Yeast cake in ½ cup of warm water. Take 4 lb of Sugar and
pour over Root Beer extract in center of Sugar.
Rinse bottle with cold water. Then mix Sugar, extract and 1 qt. of cold
water. Then pour into large solution. Stir yeast and add to the
solution. Stir well and bottle and cap at once. Keep in a warm place for
4 days, then put in a cool place for at least a week.

GALIANO – Great Grandma

8 oz. Sugar
8 oz. Water
Bring the above to a boil and set aside to cool.
Add:
10 oz. Annisette
16 oz. Vodka
1 tsp. Vanilla
3-4 drops Yellow food coloring.
